Departmental Survey for Sharepoint
The following is a list of 12 questions Siemens asks prospective SharePoint site owners in order to start requirements gathering and determining which SharePoint product implementation will best suit their needs. The questions help determine if individual MCH departments need a SharePoint portal, a simple SharePoint Team Site, or a combination of the two. For the most part these questions are general, but some are related to your future SharePoint environment. This survey should take less than 3 minutes, depending on your additional comments.
